New Territory
When we have grasped what we are all about in this life and the various gifts and talents God has placed on our inside, it is of vital importance to continually grow these gifts lest our wisdom gets rejected by those we seek to serve. From time to time God gives us opportunities to help us grow our gifts. He challenges us with new insights, new concepts, new ideas, new methods, new territories and new visions.
Where you are is not the ultimate, I reckon there's always something better for you. God wants to expand your scope of operation. He wants to take you to new heights you have never gained before. God wants to take you to places you have never been to.
Often we find it difficult embracing a new vision as it challenges our comfort. Perhaps even the fear to make unpopular decisions. However, a teachable mind and spirit may open doors you have never seen.
Challenge: Think outside the box. Resist any limitations. Refuse any mediocrity.

God's Greatness In You
Like any computer system that cannot function unless certain programs have been run so is any man or woman unless they begin to exercise their God-given gift. Your God-given gift is a built-in software waiting to be installed and activated in your life. Unless this software has been activated and run into our systems we can never experience the passionate life we desire to live.
Often we feel so inadequate like abandoned children when we are so rich with God's substance on our inside and all we need to do is simply acknowledge and exercise our gifts little as they may be. Each time we fail to exercise our God-given gifts we fail to live the life He meant us to live. God wants to use us to the best of our abilities but we are not ready to function. Only if we knew how much greatness God has placed on our inside, we would all rush to release it. We are destined for excellence! We are destined for greatness!
Challenge: Acknowledge and begin exercising your God-given gift. When you do so you are on your way to a life of excellence and fulfillment.

However, your career can be your calling if your choice was informed by what you were called to do. Sinning Through Trials
The biggest loss in life's struggles is to sin against God while going through trials.
- Sinning through trials is giving up on God and undermining what He is capable of doing in-spite of.
- Sinning through trials opposes God's Will for our lives
- Sinning through trials prolongs our stay in trials, what God would accomplish in 4 days, ends up into 40 days, 4 years or even 40 years, check with Moses.

Walk In God's Purpose For Your Life
You don't need permission from anyone when you have to walk in God's Purpose for your life. Had Peter consulted with his fellow disciples before he got out of the boat, they would have applied their own human reasoning convincing him not to. Thus denying him the opportunity to walk on water. It is quite true that he sank in the process but the experience he had his colleagues could not attain.
